Yes, we are currently welcoming new patients. Please contact us or book online to register.

Do I need a referral to see a family doctor?

No referral is needed for family doctor visits. However, some specialists or diagnostic services may require one.

What are your clinic hours?

Monday–Friday: 9 AM–5 PM

Walk-in hours: 9 AM–3 PM

Saturday : 9AM - 3 PM

Sunday : Closed

How can I book an appointment?

Do you accept walk-ins?

Yes, walk-in patients are welcome during designated hours.

What should I bring to my appointment?

What if I miss my appointment?

Missed appointments may be subject to a fee, as they are considered uninsured services.

What services do your family doctors provide?

We offer routine checkups, chronic disease management, pediatric care, women’s and men’s health, senior care, mental health support, and more.

Are all services covered by Alberta Health Care (AHCIP)?

Most medical services are covered, but some (like sick notes, driver’s medicals, and travel vaccines) are uninsured and may require a fee.

Do you offer PrEP (HIV prevention)?

Yes, our clinic provides confidential PrEP consultations and prescriptions for eligible patients.

Can I renew my prescription without a visit?

Some renewals may require an appointment. Telephone renewals are considered uninsured services and may have a fee.

Do you provide lab testing on-site?

We provide lab requisitions and some in-clinic testing. For other tests, we refer to Alberta Health Services labs.

Do you accept out-of-province health cards?

Yes, but coverage may vary. Please check with our staff before your visit.

What payment methods do you accept for uninsured services?

We accept debit, credit, and cash payments.
